Having never flown one myself, i do not know. But i have been told that it actually armor tanks better than it shield tanks even though it has the shield resistance bonus.. If this is true then it does need some boosting.

Completely overpowered and usable in more than just gate runs, people will end up using these to knock out fleets and before you know it it will be a new type of ecm that works on everyone. Not a great idea, to say the least.

If your forgetting, ALT + f4 is also close current window / program, but that in EvE works for activate med slot 4. Why couldnt they change the command ALT + Enter to be minimize and change resolution?
